And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.
Abraham LincolnThis memorial website was created to remember our dearest
Brandon Paul Baggett who was born in
Michigan on
October 14, 1981 and passed away on
March 17, 2007 at the age of
25. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
Brandon Baggett left this world much too soon, but he left so much behind for his friends and family to remember him by. Brandon could not have possibly imagined what an impact he made and the number of lives he touched in his all too short life. Everyone who met Brandon remembered him. He is impossible to forget.
Standing at Brandon’s funeral one couldn’t help but notice the number of people who flooded the room, or the hundreds of pictures his loved ones had posted on the walls and on posters. A friend of Brandon’s stood there looking at the photographs and said, “It seems so wrong that he is gone because no one could have ever been more full of life.” Those left behind are blessed with thousands of pictures and hours of videotape that capture the spirit of how Brandon lived and how he made others feel. The pictures and videos don’t just show a person sitting and smiling, but instead a person truly living.
Brandon loved to laugh and share his talents with others- humor, music, storytelling and so much more. Everyone knew Brandon as the funny man, the life of the party. This was the side of Brandon that he put on display. To those who knew him best, there was a sensitive and caring man who cherished those who he loved. He was always willing to listen and ready to cheer anyone up. He had a gift for making people smile.
Brandon adored his family and friends, and he was equally loved back. Brandon was surrounded by people who couldn’t get enough of him. Brandon left behind more best friends than he could have realized. He just had a way of making people feel special. People are often referred to as being one-of-a-kind. This term seems especially reserved for Brandon , as losing him left a void that no one else could ever fill. Brandon Baggett is, in a word, irreplaceable and will always be missed.
